Its advantages are good atomization effect, fine and uniform particles after atomization, fast speed, which is conducive to obtaining coatings. Using a Laval nozzle for spraying, the airflow velocity is increased to supersonic speed, enhancing the acceleration effect of the airflow on particles and thus increasing particle velocity. The higher the particle velocity, the greater the impact of particle deposition on the substrate, and the more complete the particle deformation. Beneficial for the bonding between particles and substrates, particles and particles, improving the bonding strength and cohesive strength of coatings; The particle velocity is high, the particles have a short flight time in the air before sedimentation, and there are fewer oxides during the flight process. Beneficial for particle bonding, thereby improving the cohesive strength of the coating and reducing the porosity of the coating.

Supersonic spraying uses materials with high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The high-temperature metal nano spray layer seals the surface of the metal coating, providing protection. The protective layer gradually forms a smooth and dense spray layer at high temperatures, preventing oxygen from the air from passing through the small coating space. The gap can enter the coating for better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Technical Features

Compared to other supersonic flame spraying methods, HV-TCY-III portable supersonic spraying is air-cooled, with simple powder feeding and control devices. It takes 15 minutes from start to finish. This device is easy to carry and operate.

After successful spraying, WC+cobalt coating is obtained to replace hard chromium coating, which improves wear resistance by 3-5 times and has no environmental pollution problems.
