1. Applications in the Aerospace Field

3. Application in the field of steel metallurgy
Using HVOF to prepare 10 submerged rod Qum WC Co coatings with a porosity of less than 1%, the sealing treatment on the coating surface can increase the service life of the Qum from 15 days to 45 to 60 days. There are approximately 1000 furnaces on the furnace grate using HVOF at a temperature of 650 ℃. The NiCr-Cr3C2 coating significantly improves the high-temperature wear resistance of radiation, with a service life of up to 24 months. The secondary processing of non-ferrous metals significantly improves the service life of the spray coating.
4. Application in the petrochemical field
Supersonic spraying is widely used in the petrochemical industry as a reinforcing plunger. The metal seat ball valve with a working temperature of 540C and a pressure of up to 14OMPa contains corrosive mortar in the pipeline. The HVOP spray painted WC Co coating NiCr-Cr3C2 coating and FeCrNiMo ball valve greatly improve reliability and service life.
