2、 What should be paid attention to when spraying tungsten carbide
1. After filling the oxygen cylinder and pressure regulator, slowly open the oxygen valve and check whether the connection between the oxygen cylinder and pressure regulator is leaking, and whether the indicator light is flexible. When opening the oxygen valve, the head should not face the pressure regulator, but should stand on the surface or back of the pressure regulator When spraying tungsten carbide for leak detection, fireworks or open flames must not be used Soap water inspection, check for leaks before use.
2. The nut of the oxygen pressure gauge should be screwed onto at least 6-8 buttons on the nozzle of the oxygen cylinder. The tungsten carbide spray joint should be tightened and the pressure gauge adjustment screw should be loosened to ensure the display of tungsten carbide spraying effect and performance.
3. When transporting oxygen or acetylene cylinders, it is important to ensure that the bottleneck is facing upwards and that the protective cap switches at the inlet and outlet are properly packaged.
