Tungsten carbide spraying is becoming increasingly popular and widely used. The service life of tungsten carbide spraying equipment is becoming increasingly important to ensure its normal operation and reduce the energy consumption of enterprises.
Tungsten carbide spraying must follow this process in practice in order to achieve good results. At present, this technology has been widely applied in many power plants, cement plants and other enterprises in China, playing an important role in enterprise production.
The basic process of tungsten carbide spraying includes substrate surface pretreatment, spraying, surface heat treatment, coating sealing treatment, and coating surface treatment.
(1) Spraying: When spraying tungsten carbide, reasonable process parameters should be determined to control the spraying quality.
(2) Surface pretreatment of substrate: After selecting the spraying method, degreasing, rust removal, and surface roughness are injected into the heat source conditions, that is, the mixing ratio of fuel and oxygen;
(3) Tungsten carbide spray coating materials, including material composition, physical properties, powder form, particle size, wire or rod diameter, etc.
(4) Conveying materials, including the type, speed, flow rate, conveying position, and angle of the conveyed gas;
The four basic components are substrate temperature, properties, and surface treatment methods;
There are five spraying operations, including the distance between the spray gun and the machine, the speed of the spray gun or machine components, the angle between the spray gun and machine components, and the spraying medium.
Post coating treatment: Immediately seal or heat treat after coating.
Surface treatment: After tungsten carbide spraying, the tungsten carbide spraying layer should be polished to ensure dimensional accuracy. In addition, safety measures should be taken during spraying.
High speed and high-temperature spraying protection for workers and tungsten carbide spraying equipment, including ventilation for dust and spraying dust, as well as safety protection for spraying noise and arc radiation.
