Surface cleaning: Use steel ball mechanical means to operate and clean the surface with alkaline detergent. Mechanical means such as steel balls can be mainly used for cleaning surfaces, while alkaline cleaning solutions can be used to remove surface buoyancy layers such as corrosion and oil stains on pipeline surfaces, achieving a cleanliness level of SA three and ensuring a strong bonding foundation coating.

Surface roughening: Sandblasting and electric drawing are commonly used to improve the mechanical bonding strength between coatings and substrates. The standard roughness is 6.5-25.

Spray bottom layer: The expansion coefficient of the bottom layer is very close to that of the substrate, mainly improving the bonding strength and thermal shock resistance of the working layer.

Spray coating: The spray coating formed by tungsten carbide spraying equipment has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
