Hard surface tungsten carbide spraying

The theoretical hardness of hard tungsten carbide coating can reach 65-70HRC, which is the theoretical hardness achieved by domestic spraying technology. Spraying tungsten carbide on the sealing surface will also increase the difficulty of polishing. It is recommended to use diamond grinding paste for grinding. If the sealing surface is a hard seal, multiple openings will affect the tungsten carbide coating, so try to avoid opening the spray coating during grinding.
