Lightweight flat valve plate

Flat valve plate is a type of slide valve, and the closed part is a parallel door. Closing the workpiece can be either single or double, with an unfolding mechanism among them. The gravity of the gate on the valve seat is controlled by the pressure exerted on the floating gate and valve seat. If it is a double gate, the support mechanism between the two gates can be filled with this gravity.

Lightweight flat valve plates are widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, urban pipelines, gas pipelines, and other transportation pipelines, venting systems, and steam storage devices as opening and closing equipment. The lightweight flat valve plate adopts a non packing structure, ensuring the flexible opening and closing of the valve, and its opening and closing torque is only 3/1-1/2 of that of ordinary valves.

The lightweight flat valve plate is treated with special technology, using hard alloy spray welding and wear-resistant PTFE to achieve dual sealing. The dual protection of injecting grease to assist sealing makes the sealing more reliable and the service life of the flat valve plate longer.

When the flat valve plate is tightened up and down, some external threads on the valve stem are exposed outside the internal threads of the bracket, and mud is everywhere in the mud filled environment; When tightening the thread, mud will definitely enter the thread pair. A valve plate is a flat plate valve with low rolling resistance, similar to a short pipe in terms of no contraction flow resistance.
