In an environment filled with mud, the expansion valve plate has high bearing capacity and a straight channel. When fully open, the channel of the louver is similar to that of a straight pipe, with low flow resistance.

The sealing method used for the flat valve plate is composite and multiple, which has good sealing performance and a small stress area. Lubricating oil should be added to the valve stem sleeve window of the expansion valve plate, packing cover, and oil nozzle every quarter to prevent rusting of the parts; After flushing the expansion valve plate with water, the rotating parts should be coated with oil for rust prevention; Paint should be replenished in real-time to prevent corrosion.
