Flat gate valve with double seat is a type of double sealed flat gate valve that adds a pre tightened sub seat to achieve dual sealing between the seat and the gate valve. The main valve seat exerts a sealing force on the gate under the thrust of the medium, forming a seal, while the auxiliary valve seat exerts pressure on the sealing surface of the gate under the thrust of the butterfly spring, forming a second seal. When the main valve seat is corroded and leaked by the medium during long-term use, the auxiliary valve seat can still play a sealing role to ensure valve sealing.
The sealing block of the double seat of the flat gate valve is equipped with a stabilizing seat on the top, and connecting rods are installed on the left and right sides of the stabilizing seat, which are connected to the valve seat through threads. The top of the stable seat is equipped with a valve stem, which passes through the upper cover and is threaded with the upper cover. The outer wall of the valve stem is wrapped with a stable collar, and reinforcement devices are installed on the left and right sides of the valve body cavity. By rotating the handwheel, the valve stem drives the sealing block into the valve seat and seals with it. When the stabilizing seat drives the sealing block to seal, it drives the connecting rod to rotate on the threaded plate and seal with the connecting rod. Double sealing has better sealing effect. The fixed plate can be firmly fixed by a stabilizing plate and a reinforcing block. The fixed plate is connected to the stabilizing ring thread, which can enhance the stability of the valve stem when twisted.
