  • Product description

Alloy coating refers to the process of coating wear-resistant thin layers such as TiC, TiN, HfN, Al2O3 on the surface of hard alloy blades through chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and other methods, forming a hard alloy surface coating. Coated hard alloy blades are generally made into reversible patterns. Clamp it onto the tool holder or body through machine clamping.

Characteristics of alloy coating

1. Due to the extremely high hardness and wear resistance of the surface coating material, coated hard alloys allow for higher cutting speeds compared to uncoated hard alloys, thereby improving machining efficiency; Alternatively, the durability of the cutting tool can be greatly improved at the same cutting speed.

2. Due to the lower friction coefficient between the coating material and the processed material, the cutting force of the coated blade is lower than that of the uncoated blade.

3. When processing coated blades, the surface quality is better.

4. Coated blades have better overall performance and versatility. A coated blade has a wide range of applications.
