The theoretical hardness of tungsten carbide spraying processing can reach 65-70HRC, which is the theoretical hardness achieved by domestic spraying technology. Spraying tungsten carbide on the sealing surface will also increase the technical difficulty of polishing. It is recommended to use diamond grinding paste for polishing. If the sealing surface is a hard seal, the tungsten carbide coating will be affected after multiple openings.
